Notes: HCCC Chinese Lab School offers weekend Chinese language learning in the Charminade University campus. The program uses Sunrise Crambo Game Literacy System (SCGLS), which was developed by educational scholars from China, Japan and Australia. This proprietary educational tool aims to teach students the 2500 most-commonly used Chinese characters in 300 hours. Moreover, Sunrise’s special design and SCGLS-trained instructors enable Children of age 3-10 to understand up to 3600 Chinese characters within 2-3 years.
